Delivery Information

We currently offer three delivery services:


Royal Mail 48 (Second Class) - Usually arrives within 5 working days of dispatch.
Royal Mail 24 (First Class) - Usually arrvives within 3 working days of dispatch.
Express Courier Delivery - will arrive within 3 working days of order.

 

Information about our Express Delivery Service

Our express delivery service allows you to receive your order via our courier service, and includes a priorty dispatch. This means our express orders will be prioritised over standard delivery ensuring you get your product as quickly as possible. Express delivery products will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days from the order being placed. Items such as mugs and coasters are generally delivered next day, but please contact us if you have a specific date requirement.

 

Information about our Dispatch Estimates

We try our best to provide accurate estimates for the dispatch of your items, and we are within these estimates the majority of the time. We base these times on the working week, from Monday to Friday. During busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be a delay in our service, so please be aware these are estimated times, and not guaranteed. If you need a product fast please use our express delivery option.

 

What to do if you have not received your order

Please use our order tracker to check that there are no messages on your account and to find out when your order was dispatched. If it has been more than 7 days then please contact us so that we can investigate further. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances and we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch to resend or refund an order unless it was ordered using our express delivery service.

 

Information about refunds and cancellations

Personalised products are exempt from distance selling regulations, therefore we will only accept returns where a mistake has been made by us in the personalisation of your product, or it is deemed faulty by us.

Please check that all the details you submit are correct on your order as we will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images. We will also bot refund any product where the colour match is not the same as displayed on your monitor. We do our best to ensure the closest match on all colours but we will not be held liable.

You can cancel your order provided we have not started it's production. We must receive this confirmation of cancellation from you in writing and we will then issue a full refund.

If you are returning an item, please ensure it is returned in original packaging. The customer must pay for the return postage, unless the item is faulty in which case we will collect the item from you.
